Do I need to be present while you clean my empty apartment?
Not at all! You have enough on your plate with the move. Most of our clients simply leave a spare key under the mat or provide a lockbox code. We handle the full move-out deep clean and will text you when the property is locked up and ready for the landlord’s inspection.
Do you clean inside the oven and refrigerator?
Yes, absolutely. Neglected appliances are the number one reason property managers dock your security deposit. Our turnover service includes fully degreasing the inside of the oven, sanitizing the interior of the fridge and freezer, and wiping out every single kitchen cabinet and drawer.
Do you guarantee I will get my security deposit back?
We firmly guarantee our cleaning meets the highest “white-glove” standards required by property managers in Osceola County. However, we cannot control deposits being withheld for non-cleaning issues like structural damage, severe carpet stains, or broken fixtures left behind.
When should I schedule my move-out cleaning?
We highly recommend scheduling your clean for 1 to 2 days after all furniture and boxes have been completely removed from the property, but before you hand the keys back to the landlord. Because Robert and Sehwa handle all jobs personally, we recommend booking at least a week in advance.
