How do you handle access to secure apartment buildings?
We are very familiar with secure condo and apartment complexes in Kissimmee, St. Cloud, and Lake Nona. Most clients leave our names with the front desk/concierge, provide us with a temporary door code, or buzz us in remotely. Because it is always Robert and Sehwa, your building’s security always knows exactly who is entering.
My apartment is small, but my pet sheds a lot. Is this included?
Absolutely! We love pets. Small apartments can accumulate pet dander very quickly. This is exactly why we use medical-grade HEPA vacuums. We thoroughly extract pet hair from baseboards, area rugs, and hard floors as part of our standard apartment cleaning service.
Do you offer deep cleaning for apartments?
Yes we do. The Instant Price Estimator above reflects our standard maintenance cleaning. However, if your apartment hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while, we highly recommend booking a Deep Cleaning “Reset” for our first visit. This allows us to cut through heavy grease and hard water buildup before moving to a standard maintenance schedule.
Do I need to clean up before you arrive?
Please don’t scrub anything—that’s what you hired us for! We do ask that you pick up personal items, clothing, and excessive clutter from the floors and countertops. This allows Robert and Sehwa to focus 100% of their time on sanitizing your surfaces rather than organizing your belongings.
