No. Connor Cleaning Services is proudly owned and operated exclusively by husband-and-wife team Robert and Sehwa. When you book us, you get us—not a rotating crew of anonymous strangers.

Yes. Your home is your largest investment. We are fully licensed and insured for your complete protection and absolute peace of mind.

Q. Do you clean apartments?
Yes! We specialize in both recurring maintenance and move-out apartment cleaning in Kissimmee and Soldier City. We know exactly what local property managers look for to help you secure your full security deposit.
Q. Do I need to provide supplies?
No. We bring everything required, including professional-grade HEPA-filtration vacuums, high-extraction mops, and eco-conscious cleaning solutions. If you have a specific product you want us to use on specialty surfaces, just let us know!
Q. Do you use pet-safe products?
Absolutely. We are pet lovers ourselves. We use eco-conscious, non-toxic, and pet-safe products as our standard because your furry family members walk barefoot on these floors!
Q. What is the difference between a “Standard” and “Deep” clean?
Standard Maintenance: Designed for homes that have been professionally cleaned within the last 30 days. Perfect for busy families who need a weekly reset.
Deep Clean Reset: A meticulous, top-to-bottom scrub designed to combat Florida humidity. Includes heavy baseboard degreasing, ceiling fans, and built-up dust extraction. Highly recommended for first-time clients.

Q. Do I need to be home?
No. The vast majority of our recurring clients provide a secure door code or hidden key lockbox. Because it is always the two of us (Robert and Sehwa), you can trust that your sanctuary is secure.
Because they are a small business, you can really see the pride they take in their work. They didn't just do a surface wipe-down; they got into every nook and cranny, from the baseboards to the inside of the cabinets.
